Ideal for a wide range of activities such as sailing, cycling, walking, bird watching, fishing or just relaxing on the balcony it is the ideal waterside retreat. A short walk through the marina, then an amble beside the tranquil 'Mill Pond' brings you into the heart of Emsworth village where you will discover a wide range of homely pubs, restaurants and shops. Also mainline train services and south coast bus routes, are all within easy walking distance Upon entering this quirky property you will find a staircase leading up to the living room on the left.
