Beautiful villa with 180° view of Lake Geneva. On the ground floor we can find a large living room with two lounge areas full of light and a dining area. The well-equipped kitchen has large worktops, an extra eating area and opens out on to the living room. The ground floor also offers two generous bedrooms (one with a lake view and the other with a garden view), a bathroom (bathtub, shower, sink, and WC), separate toilet, and a laundry room. The upper level inside balcony there is a comfortable TV area, a small child's bedroom and another bathroom (with WC). There is also a fourth separate bedroom with a folding bed, a large TV, a lounge area and a private bathroom. The garden is great for outdoor meals, with all the necessary tables, chairs etc. or for enjoying the sunshine. It benefits from a bit of shade thanks to its trees. The villa is located in a calm and quiet cul-de-sac and doesn't overlook any houses. It is 5 minutes away from the lake (Grand Rive beach) and from the centre of Evian, less than 20 minutes from the nearest ski slopes (Bernex and Thollon-les-Mémises) and 30 minutes from the large ski domain Les Portes du Soleil. Evian is the ideal destination in the Haute Savoie to make the most of Lake Geneva and its surrounding mountains all year round. Many outside and indoors activities are available in the area, so as not to depend on the weather to spend wonderful holidays. Boat rides, chilling on the beaches, hiking, mountain biking, many art galleries, museums, and of course the Swiss border is just a boat ride away.
