Just 50 meters from the beach of Platamona Villa Eden Beach is the ideal home for those who want to spend time in contact with nature and the sea. The villa is located a few meters from the Eden Beach, close to Platamona. The beach is literally under the house. The house, ideal for 8/10 people, is on 2 floors communicating by an internal staircase. BEDROOMS 4 Inside the villa there are a total of 4 bedrooms, two bedrooms per floor, (three double bedrooms and two bedrooms with single beds - for a total of 10 beds). For our guests we provide a cot and a high chair. BATHROOMS 2 In the house, on each floor there is a bathroom with shower and a washing machine. KITCHENS 2 On each floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen on the lower floor overlooks the covered veranda and the wonderful garden, while the kitchen on the upper floor overlooks the terrace furnished with table and chairs. The house is furnished with extreme care and is very bright thanks to the large windows overlooking the garden. In the hall on the ground floor there are large windows that overlook the covered veranda giving a beautiful view of the garden. GARDEN The garden is furnished with sofas, tables and chairs, deck chairs, umbrellas, barbecue and outdoor shower. The villa and the garden are completely fenced with 1 private parking space. The house offers direct access to the private and equipped beach, reachable via a private road just 50 meters from the house. The area where the villa is located is very quiet, but not isolated, since there are numerous villas inhabited all year round and that this house is a portion of the villa and not the entire villa. EDEN BEACH VILLAGE Overlooking the Asinara Island, the Eden Beach village is located in a privileged position, directly on the white beach of Platamona. Immersed in the green of pines and junipers that reach the sea, it consists of numerous villas where the reception and catering services are located and residential units surrounded by greenery where the villas are located. It is a small village, ideal for a relaxing and fun holiday for both adults and families with children. In the village, close to the house, there is a basketball court and a playground for children, together with the kiosk and the beach bar. Also in the village of Eden beach there is a small shop and a pizza restaurant.
