Nice little house with garden near Prague

Fully equipped house - 2 bedrooms and living room with kitchen, big bathroom with tube and washing machine. There is everything you need for cooking - oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and enough dishes. You will have bed linens and towels to use. In front of the house, there are 3 parking lots. There is some space to sit in the garden, fireplace and grill, so barbecue is no problem :-) Everything is new and comfortable. You can get very easy to Prague by car, bus, train... You can enjoy the quiet village, relax in the garden under the trees and be short from Prague city at the same time. You can use my house fully as it stands - livingroom with kitchen and two bedrooms. Mainly you can find me at Kounice, but it can happen that I will be away. In that case, there will be always someone who can assist in case of some trouble. Our little town is the great starting position for trips to Prague and many other places within short drives from here, you can reach Poděbrady (20km), Lysá nad Labem (10km), Nymburk (20km), Brandýs nad Labem (25km). Přerov nad Labem with famous Skansen is only 10 km from here. You can also visit Lipany, Kouřim, Kutná Hora, Hradec Králové or Kolín. A very nice place to visit is forest village Kersko, with its famous pub, where you can eat boar prepared is typical style. There are some children's theme parks around - Mirakulum in Milovice, Duhový park in Třebovle or Zoo Chleby. In Čelákovice and Poděbrady you can use In-line skating path around the Labe river. Cycling paths are everywhere here around and you can make really nice trips. Directly in Kounice, you can find also many interesting places. There is nice nature trail around the village. You can rid horses or see another kind of animals - sheeps, ducks, goats etc. You can also spend a nice time in Kounice pub, where you can taste local beer (there are 2 breweries in Kounice!) and have traditional Czech lunch. As well you can find here fast food where you can take pizza, hamburger or fresh ice cream. There are 2 playgrounds for children, tennis courts, several football playgrounds etc. Upon to availability, you can attend yoga lessons. If you would like to have a massage or take care of your face, hair and body, everything is possible. Whatever you like to do, just ask me and I will do my best to help you to organize that :-) The best is to have your own car here, you can use 3 parking lots in front of the house. If you use the public, it's very easy as well - you just take the bus (2 minutes of walk from the house), go to Český Brod and take the train there which takes you to the City centre of Prague in approximately 35 minutes. The trains from there go to Masarykovo nádraží, Hlavní nádraží or Smíchovské nádraží, you can choose what is the best for you. Another option is to go by bus to Starý Vestec and there to take another bus which brings you to Černý most (metro line B, big shopping centre). If you use a car to go to Prague it is very easy as well - there is highway 3 km from here, so you can be in 20 minutes at the underground. It takes about 40 minutes to go by car to the city centre. You can spend a nice day in Kounice itself, there are some historically, culturally and naturally interesting places. It is also a good starting point for bike trips etc. It is a great place to live the Czech Republic from another perspective.
