Vacation home near train to Munich, Therme Erding

Our vacation home is located in a quiet, idyllic area with a large garden surrounded by forest, only a few minutes away from Erding. It has a separate, private entrance and accommodates 2 guests. Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's inner city within 40 minutes. Our very quite and idyllic vacation home is on the upper floor of our house which is located in a large garden. On the one hand there is a lot of nature around – fields, forest and meadows. On the other hand there is an excellent connection to public transport: the station of the local S-Bahn to Munich and Erding can be reached within a few steps. Therefore the famous Therme Erding is only 2 train-stations away and the Marienplatz in Munich is only 40 minutes away. The Munich Trade Fair can also be easily reached by public transport. By car it takes approx. 10 minutes to the Therme Erding and 20 minutes to the Trade Fair or to the airport. Due to the separate, private entrance the vacation home is suitable for business travelers as well as for tourists up to 2 persons. A separate kitchen is available: induction stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezing compartment, coffee machine, water kettle and all necessary dishes. Coffee, tea, cocoa, cream, sugar and salt are available for our guests. Snacks and basics for a small breakfast incl. home made jams are also provided. Guests that want to learn how to bake a traditional Austrian Apple Strudel are invited to additionally book our Airbnb experience “Learn How to Bake an Apple Strudel” for the area Munich resp. Erding. The vacation home is separate from the rest of the house. The access is through the joint garden. During the warm seasons the part of the garden that is located in front of the vacation home can be enjoyed. Garden chairs, a table and sun loungers are available. The rest of the garden is not available for our guests. Our vacation home combines a quiet and idyllic location surrounded by forest with excellent connection to the public transport to Munich and Erding. 2 minutes walk to the public transport: S-Bahn to Munich and Erding.
