Sunny Room with Bathroom in Guesthouse

This listing is for a private room in a 2-person guesthouse. The room has an own bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The kitchen, Grill, patio and living room/study is shared. The location is well-suited for nature-lovers, and or student who profit from a peacefull study environment. Wifi is available. Also bike rental is possible, please let me know. There are dogs on the property and dogs are welcome, please say in advance and keep a mind of cleanliness in the home. I am usually there, except when working. Beautiful village near the bay. Many bike trails. A viewpoint called Götzer Aussichtturm. Nice Neighbors. There are sometimes small parties in the area. The house is about 10-15 walking or 5 minutes with bike to the station Götz Bahnhof. Good train connection with the RE1 to Potsdam about 20 minutes, and to Berlin about 1 hour.
