Magnificent non-detached house located in a well-kept complex consisting of three houses with a communal pool. The house has on the ground floor the living room, fully equipped kitchen with laundry area, courtesy toilet, single room with bathroom and two outdoor patios. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and one double and two full bathrooms (one of them en suite). In the basement there is a large private garage with capacity for two cars. Free wi-fi internet access. The use of air conditioning has an additional charge. Tourist services are not provided inside the house during the clients' stay. The Balearic Government tourist tax (2.20 euros per day and person over 16 years old) is NOT included in the price.
