If you would like to book ALL 3 CABINS in TimberTown, book other 2 separately via AirBNB. TimberTown is a gorgeous, secluded 3-cabin campsite set in the woods of 120-acre June Farms. Each cabin has 1 king size luxe bed, wood burning stove, it’s own BBQ grill, and a large communal fire pit for you to enjoy! Each cabin sleeps 2 people. Timbertown has electricity but no running water or heat, except the wood burning stove. Outhouse on site. Short walk to spa bathrooms. The serenity of the woods will give you peace and quiet, but the nearby Pony Barn is only a short walk away for a fun night out. Check with us, first, though if you are expecting the Pony Barn to be open because the seasonal bar and restaurant may be closed during your stay. FUN FACT! TimberTown rentals now come with your own golf cart for you to enjoy! Please keep in mind that the golf carts are typically a seasonal mode of transportation, so if you are booking during a time where there is snow, you will not be able to use the golf cart and you will be required to walk down to timber town. Also, as guests of TimberTown, you will be able to walk/golfcart around the farm, meet all of our animals, and you will not need a reservation at The Pony Barn when it is open! Because of the popularity of JUNE FARMS, we can NOT guarantee that the Pony Barn Bar & Restaurant will be open/available during your stay. Private parties and events often get booked last minute. We promise you that the farm itself, and the animals and serenity, are the true appeal of the property. You will not be disappointed even if the Pony Barn is not open. Glamp at June Farms, but explore Albany, Saratoga and Troy during your stay. Getting to June Farms has never been easier, now that Uber is here. If you are coming from NYC or anywhere along the Amtrak Line, get off at Albany Train Station (ALB) and then Take an Uber or Lyft. There is also a few bus lines that also make stops in Albany. TimberTown is not appropriate for children. In fact, no one under the age of 21 is allowed on the farm EXCEPT Thursdays from 5-11, or during specific ticket events for families. Also, TimberTown is OFF GRID. This means that there is no running water or heat, other than the wood burning stove. There is an outhouse in TimberTown, but the spa bathrooms and showers are a short distance (500 feet) from TimberTown. We ran electricity so you can plug in your phones/laptops, and also to turn on the lamp in the cabin. Also, WiFi can be very spotty in TimberTown. Most guests use their hotspot while in the cabins but go to the Pony Barn to do work that requires high speed internet. If we are on site, we are happy to open the Pony Barn for you during the day to do work inside the Pony Barn. The cabins are not insulated, and there is NO HEAT, NO AIRCONDITIONING and no insulation in TimberTown other than the woodburning stoves. Please allow yourselves ample time to get situated if you are coming in colder weather so that the fireplace can have enough time to heat your cabin before bed. We will have firewood in the cabins for you. If you are running low, please contact me and we will bring you more. **VERY IMPORTANT. Dogs and cats are not allowed in June Farms cabins.
