There is a supper club and a tavern on the lake. It sleeps up to 12 comfortably. Kayak and tubes available, pontoon can be rented also. Great fishing right from the dock, swimming is exceptional. Almost no weeds, you can dive off the end of the pier, and the shoreline is sandy and shallow for kids. Rents vary by season and day of the week. The quaint town of Barton is a walk away with ice cream parlors, pizza places and bait shops. All major stores amenities nearby with West Bend 5 minutes away. 30 minutes north of Milwaukee. Washer and dryer, Internet, Direct TV. There is a dog kennel outside, but no pets allowed inside. Sleeping layout: Main floor 1 bedroom with two single beds and a 1/2 bath. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms and a full bath. Master has a King, Guest has a queen, and "kids room" has 2 bunk beds/4 beds Basement: Walk out lower level has a finished family room/Bedroom a connected full bath and a partial kitchen being completed later this year. Renter must be 30 years of age or pay a higher $2k security deposit 2 cars can park in front of the garage. Any additional vehicles must go past the home approx. 75 yards to the first driveway on the left in the additional parking area. A written rental agreement will be supplied by the owner/host, and must be completed directly with the host prior to arrival, in addition to a security deposit per that agreement handled outside of Airbnb.
