VILLA FRANCA - MARATEA Villa Franca is an immaculate and well-maintained property situated in a beautiful location. It sits on 10.000sqm of land that comprises large gardens with Mediterranean vegetation, a tennis court and a private child-friendly swimming pool (15m x 6m, shallow areas along the sides and a deeper lane down the middle). The main floor consists of spacious lounge opening to the terrace, dining room and a kitchen. The sleeping area offers one double bedroom with en-suite tub and shower; one double bedroom with extra bed available; two further double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. There are also three bathrooms with shower. From the main floor, you will go downstairs, where there are a large living room (which can accommodate twenty people), a bar area and a bathroom with WC only. From this floor, you will access directly the beautiful garden. Villa Franca benefits from a fantastic partly sheltered terrace, which is comfortably furnished with table and chairs to enjoy dining "al fresco" and to make the most of the Italian summer time.
