There is free wifi and air-conditioning for the hot summer months as well as cable and of course a television. It is above the owner's living space in a small apartment building, but it does have its own entrance and exit. The house is located in the hill section of Burlington which is a very safe area, surrounded by mostly all residential homes. You will be about a five minute walk to the Church Street Marketplace, which includes all the best dining, shopping, and galleries in the area. It is also a fifteen minute walk to Lake Champlain and the waterfront amenities. There is parking available for two cars. The house is a lovely brick and cedar-shake victorian built in 1896, and has a large front porch for sitting and dinning. There is also a sizable backyard that has been charmingly landscaped where you will find a newly built gazebo and a collection of chairs. Guests will have access to the upstairs space, not including the office that is behind closed doors.
