Come enjoy your time in Utica at our beautiful, bright, light & cozy two story home. Perfect for a relaxing getaway, a visit to see family or for wedding weekends. Host your bridal party here at our home for the getting ready portion, ideal for photographing your special & intimate moments before your big day! We want you to feel right at home so our house is set up to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Close to local businesses, Supermarkets & bars our spot is perfect when in town. Clean & fresh, light & airy, simple clean lines describes our house well. You will have access to full dining room, living room, & fully set kitchen. There’s a half bathroom on first floor & full bathroom on the second floor. Two cozy bedrooms specifically decorated for a comfortable, inviting space for relaxing. The driveway has space for multiple cars to fit. We have a lovely backyard also. The house is all yours for your time... not a shared space. Two bedrooms upstairs are our personal bedrooms & are locked off from use. The other two bedrooms are accessible & one has a double bed & the other is a king size for comfortable sleeping for two guests each. Full bath upstairs & half bath downstairs. Guest can email or text if any questions but no further interaction We live in a residential area, please be quiet after 9pm & no house party’s. Be respectful of the neighbors there is space between houses so it’s normally very quiet besides street traffic & a few dogs that live on the same street. Car is the best option, we are along the bus route & our city does have Uber. During winter months snow removal during stay not included in nightly cost. Shovel available & salt for ice on side porch. If desired for snow removal to be set up, separate fee will incur.
