Cosy cottage in countryside - Linköping Norrköping

Klefstad gård is located on the border between the flatland and forests in Östergötland. Only 10 km from the E4 highway - between Linköping and Norrköping. Stay in a quiet and peaceful countryside surrounding - with great gravel roads for long walks or stay in the garden or on the veranda reading a book. The old storage house on the farm is gently renovated into an idyllic studio with modern standard - both a kitchenette and a bathroom. Possibility to book breakfast at the buffet. Paid on site by card. Our family is open and generous, while giving our guests space. Always available to answer any questions that might arise. Suitable for someone visiting Solvik in Björsäter och Knutstorp i Bankekind for climbing, The Linköping Motor Arena Sviestadbanan, Ekenäs cross country course for horseback riding, Ekenäs Castle for tournaments and Christmas market. The farm is located between the Kolmårdens Zoo and The World of Astrid Lindgren in Vimmerby. Also close to the old town Gamla Linköping and the Swedish Air Force Museum. The farm is located on the countryside, far from shops and restaurants. One has to travel by car - or bike - to stay at our farm. Public transport is unfortunately not an option. The nearest grocery shops are ICA Himna in Linghem (towards Linköping) and ICA in Norsholm (towards Norrköping). Summertime there are a few restaurants in Norsholm. The farm is truly on the countryside. Please note the need for a car to stay at our place - public transport is unfortunately not an option. Drive towards Ekenäs slott approx. 5 km (Gamla E 4 - the Old E 4) Take the exit towards Ekenäs slott 11 and Björsäter 19. Drive 5 km to the exit Klefstad gård – gravel road 1 km. From the south (Skåne, Mjölby) Take the E 4 highway Norht. Take exit nr 113. Drive towards Linghem - and pass Linghem - ca 13 km. Take the exit Ekenäs slott 11 and Björsäter 19. Drive 5 km to the turnoff Klefstad gård – gravel road 1 km.
