Out of sight, near Broceliande, the legendary forest of King Arthur

This cute little house is right in the centre of the village, but still will offer you privacy and quietness thanks to its little fenced garden, with a nice view on the surrounding countryside. Our village is located between Rennes, a beautiful and pleasant city, and the legendary forest of Brocéliande. You can also easily escape to the north coast (Saint Malo and its surroundings) and to the south coast (Gulf of Morbihan). Right in the middle of the "Gallo" area ("Gallo" is a regional language of eastern Brittany), you will discover in Monterfil traditional Breton and Gallo games at the "Caroûj". Nearby Monterfil, the lake of Trémelin or the Gardens of Brocéliande will be ideal places for family outings. There are 2 bedrooms for up to 5 people: - 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 x 190 cm - 1 bedroom with 3 beds 90 x 190 cm (2 can be put together to have a bed for 2 people) Please note that bed linen and towels can be provided as an option: - bed linen: 12,00€ per bed - towels: 5,00€ per person In the main room: a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room with a smart TV. A charging station for electric vehicles can be used (extra cost). "L'ôtë d'âra rouje" : means "the house made of red schist" in Gallo language.
