Easy access to downtown, Dow, plants, and only minutes from beaches at Surfside. We have a beautiful open floor plan with vaulted ceiling and fire place. Unit includes washer and dryer. Large closets for everything. Patio chairs you can take to the beach are included. Exercise room is open to guests as is the resort pool. We have a large open boardwalk and green belt for evening strolls. Many sitting areas and a small water feature for a quiet night. The office is open M-F 9:00 to 5:30 and Saturday 10-5:00. We have 24 hour maintenance as well if there is a problem. You must contact the office to sign the lease and receive keys. The Oaks of Lake Jackson is in a quiet residential development 2 minutes from downtown Lake Jackson and 10 minutes to the beaches. Auto is best in Lake Jackson. The apartment has one assigned space and there is plenty of additional parking for guests. Park in any unmarked spot. We offer beach chairs, towels and portable table for your visit to area beaches and parks.
