Amazing Apartment with private entrance

Guests will have complete apartment to themselves with their own private entrance from driveway directly into apartment. Close to Hill AFB, Mall, Davis Conference Center, Freeport Center, Lagoon. The King bedroom is very large with a walk-in closet. Second Bedroom is large with a Full Size bed but plenty of space. Private bathroom, Full Kitchen, Dining Area, large living space with fireplace and 60" tv. We are less than a block away from an amazing park . Approx. 1100 sq. ft. living There are no stairs in space except the entrance stairs. Space is approx. 1100 sq ft. We are less than a mile from Mall, Restaurants, Movie Theatres, Hill AFB and less than 5 miles from the Freeport Center. Within one mile of Davis Conference Center. We are close to Clearfield, Ogden, Syracuse, Kaysville, and 15 minutes from Lagoon in Farmington. This space is truly a home away from home. Guest will have private entrance and use of basement space. Will have access to laundry room as needed. May arrive anytime after 3pm with keyless entry. A code will be given to access space. If earlier arrival in day is preferable, please request earlier check in time. If available, it will be granted. I am available via phone or email. We live very close to a beautiful park. Our neighborhood is quiet. We have a play area in backyard. There are bus stops close by. We live within 5 blocks of the mall. We have a light rail system that is approx. 3 miles away that runs as far north as Brigham City and as far south as Provo. We are very close to HAFB, Davis Conference Center, and Freeport Center. Guests will have parking on driveway. The entrance to basement apartment is right off the driveway.
