The ‘Le Fort Rouge’ Apartments are located at the foot of the Grand-Place in the medieval town of Tournai, a few steps from the Cathedral of Notre-Dame & the Belfry (UNESCO World Heritage), the Cloth Hall and the Museum of Fine Arts (Horta). This brand new building recently opened its doors and offers you comfortably furnished apartments for a short rental period. In addition, you enjoy a weekly free cleaning service. This appartment is on the first floor. “Le Fort Rouge” is an oasis of peace in the heart of Tournai. We have opted for good sound insulation and quality materials so that you can enjoy a calm night’s sleep (Queensize bed Treca, Simmons mattresses, Robuusta bunk bed, sofa bed Ligne Roset, Kartell, Alessi cooking pans, ...) The apartment (50m²) has a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, separate toilet, storage space, two bedrooms and a very charming terrace. The apartment has a flatscreentelevision and free internet. Iron, ironing board, hair dryer, bed and bath linen are provided. Weekly cleaning included The building has a lift and is accessible for people with reduced mobility.(also the shower) You can join us by phone, and we have a person of confidence who lives in the neigbourhood, in case you need it. The Fort Rouge Apartments are located in the heart of the city, with its cozy bars and restaurants, in the street of small shops. Just opposite your stay there is a bakery and a very good Lebanese restaurant. You can easily park on the street or on the Grand-Place (for a fee). There is also a Q-Parking at 300 m. Free Parking on the Boulevards at 500 m. The trainstation Tournai is at 1200 m. (15 minutes walk) We will ask you to sign the contract with the house rules (you will receive it electronically after your reservation) , and a guarantee of 250 € will be asked.
