***This is for the camper rental ONLY. It does not include a campsite, and you will be responsible for that. This listing is for an immaculate 33' travel trailer that will be delivered to the campground you have booked. Enjoy the outdoors and camp the easy way. Allow me to take the stress and work out of your family vacation. Like new bunk house travel trailer features a private master bedroom with an upgraded (full size) memory foam queen bed. The master bedroom has a wardrobe on either side of the bed and a private outside entry door as well. A Large bathroom separates the master bedroom from the rest of the travel trailer and gives you plenty of space to get ready for your fun filled day. Moving rearward the floorpan opens up to a large kitchen with plenty of storage and an eat in U-shaped dinette that converts to a twin bed. Beyond that is a sofa that converts to a full bed (storage underneath) and also a Full over Full bunk bed that can sleep two people on each bed. Alongside the bunks is two drawers and a wardrobe for additional storage space. Outside, pull your picnic table up to the camper and enjoy the outdoors with a large awning covering an 8'x18' outdoor rug where you can enjoy the outdoors and keep your feet out of the dirt. Travel trailer is camp ready with all the necessary cookware, plates, silverware, and utensils. Bedding and bath towels can be included as an option. Firewood, Gas flat top griddle, beach chairs, sand toys, beach sun shelter, boogey board and camp chairs, river tubes, mini fridge, and coolers are available for an additional fee... Please inquire for details. "Cleaning fee" of $300 imposed at checkout includes the delivery/setup at check in and breakdown and pickup at check out. You’ll have access to the entire camper. I will be available most days to assist with questions or concerns.
