The layout includes three large bedrooms equipped with TVs. Additionally, there’s plenty of room to enjoy family time in the separate living room with 60” TV or transition to the Dallas Cowboy themed theatre room. A wet bar with a myriad of coffee options will make for beautiful mornings watching the sunrise, hummingbirds buzzing and a plethora of various birds. The backyard is a oasis with ample seating and meticulously landscaped grounds. No need to leave the pool area as it’s equipped with its own cabana with fully functional bathroom. Pool closed from 1 November through 15 March for winter. The whole house and pool...if a closet is locked please do not access. We may be onsite in the detached three car garage and would love to meet you, but if privacy is what you want we’ll respect your space. Right by the Tyler Airport...less than 10 minutes from the city center. Uber and Lyft are just a request away.
