A spacious basement apartment in the main street of Keflavik. Very close to Keflavik airport. This is a perfect place for groups or families. Close to a tourist information office, local restaurants, a supermarket, bank and a post-office. It takes you only 5.minutes by car to get here from Iceland's main Keflavik airport. THE SMALL BEDROOM Has a comfortable bed 140 x 200 cm size with one duvet, rail for hanging clothes. THE MASTER BEDROOM Has a queen-size bed and a children s bed. Chest of drawers and a working desk with chair. THE LIVINGROOM Has a couch and table, a TV and two single beds. THE BATHROOM comes with a shower OTHER THINGS TO NOTE; Wireless internet washer/dryer is available towels linens Check out time is at 12:00 Check in time is at 15:00 this is the general rule but we will consider other times if requested. You will have the apartment to yourself. I live upstairs and am willing to help if needed. LOCATION The apartment is located in the main street in Keflavik, close to the airport and close to the Municipal museum of Keflavik and various restaurants/fast-food places. The bus stop to Reykjavik is in approx. 5 min. walk from my house. Taking the bus between Keflavik and Reykjavik takes about 50 minutes and buses leave frequently to and from Reykjavik. Getting to or from Keflavik airport takes 5-10 minutes with a car, a taxi from the airport costs approx. ISK.2000,- If you are driving a rental-car you can park you car in the parking-space in front of the house but please do not park in the private driveway.
