It includes a large living room/kitchen which open to the countryside via a large bay window, a mezzanine (1.50 m high)with two beds, a spacious bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The owners live in a separate building located 15 meters from the house. There a magnificent views of the Ardeche and easy access to the river for bathing is a few minutes away. You can pick rosemary, sage and thyme in the garden! The accommodation is unsuitable for young children. The owner lives on the site.
