Fully equipped guest house north of Stockholm

An approx. 30 sqm guest house built in 2014, with large windows. Complete with well equipped kitchen and bathroom. 1 Double bed (180x200cm) on open sleeping loft (not suitable for children or sleepwalkers) 1 bed sofa. The house has a high location with stairs leading up to it. It's our guest house and it's located on the same property but has it's own terrace facing south/west with furniture for three. Walking distance to bathing area. Nice calm area close to the ocean and the Stockholm archipelago. 3km to ferry dock for the archipelago boats taking you towards Waxholm, Stockholm C and out into the Archipelago. Approx 23 km from Stockholm C. The easiest way to get around is with a car (you can park it on the property) But there is a busstop approx 900m from the house taking you to Åkersberga and from there you can take a train (Roslagsbanan) to Stockholm city.
