Rental basis: Entire house or apartment Number of bedrooms: 2; Number of other rooms with beds: 1 Number of bathrooms: 1 The Caravan is sited at quiet park of Lochlands Holiday Park just off the Dundee Road Forfar. It is set in tranquil grounds surrounded by many woodland walks, it is close to Cairngorms National Park and the Glens (for Hillwalkers), there are many nearby Fisheries. The Park itself has a laundry room and an Eatery "the Coffee Mill". It is only 2 minutes from Forfar Town centre, 15 mins from Brechin, 10 mins from Dundee, They all have an abundance of sightseeing choices and children's activities Our Caravan is bright spacious and immaculately clean and tidy it has double glazing is central heated and can sleep 6 or 7 if required, it has a pull out double bed in living room area which is new, also in living area is a pull out single foam bed, there is a double bedroom with a large double wardrobe for guests clothing with on suite door to shower/toilet , the single bedroom has to single beds and wardrobe space, there is a second separate toilet, the living room area has 3 and 2 seater sofa's, the dining area has a table and 4 chairs. Also if required (and stored within) caravan is a Travel Cot and Mattress. There is a Tv and Dvd Player with a large selection of films for all ages, the Television does have an amazon firesstick ( we can discuss the use of this with any guests who book a holiday) if you the kitchen has a side by side fridge and freezer, gas cooker and double oven with an extractor hood, it also has a microwave, 4 slice toaster and kettle, also included in any rental is hairdryer, hoover, towels, bedding, kitchen utensils along with dinner set, mugs, glasses, etc etc. Outside there is a nice size decking area with seating and a table for those long summer nights to sit out and relax. It has 2 main electric lights coupled with smaller solar lighting The Park itself prides itself on the quite life, it is very peaceful and is very well managed at all times, it is in a great location to enjoy a memorable Holiday In Scotland close to the Highlands, The Glens, Cairngorm National Park, it is a short drive from Aberdeen, Pitlochry, Dundee, Perth, Stonehaven, Montrose, Arbroath and many many other areas of interest for those looking to go sightseeing, visit places of interest or take the kids out for the day, we have a full list of things to do sitting in Caravan waiting on our guests arriving Guest have full use of Caravan during their stay with no one else having access, they also have access to laundry room and The Mill coffee shop and Restaurant. Lochlands is situated in an ideal location for many landmarks and places of interest - Cairngorms National park, The Glens and the hundreds and hundreds of walks and Hill (munroes) walks, Cadonas Pleasure Beach, Pitlochry Dam, Edzell Castle, Glamis Castle, Brechin Castle Family Park, Camperdown Zoo, Gibbons Centre, V & A Museum, many Whisky Distilleries, many Fisheries, Arbroath and its Harbour ( smokies), a multitude of famous Golf Courses such as Carnoustie, Drumiog and not that far to The Old Course in St Andrews, the list of places for young and old to visit for this area of Scotland is endless and no visitor will have the time to visit all the exciting places areas and attractions - you will have a marvellous Holiday experience here at Lochlands. Close to Lochlands Angus Council has marked out many signs for walkers given directions for routes, we always leave guest full information on bus services and walks that are within walking distance from. We as your Hosts are available everyday for any queries for all guests who decide to have a holiday in this beautiful area in our Caravan. We can either meet you and welcome you on the day or if you want to have a more flexible book in time we can leave your key in the safe key deposit box outside the Caravan, which ever way yo decide we look forward to welcome you to Lochlands.
