WFH Condo 1 mile from Downtown

This beautifully restored Victorian, houses a 3rd floor apartment which is located a mile from downtown, restaurants, and green spaces. The space is designed to accommodate those who WFH: FAST 5G WiFi, printer/fax, desk spaces, free parking, coffee and tea, and a quiet and relaxing space for conference calls. The space includes two bedrooms, one full bathroom, and an open kitchen/living room area. This unique condo is located on the third floor of a 1890's Victorian house. I have recently added two new AC units in the bedroom and living space. Since the apartment is on the third floor it can get quite hot in the humidity of July and August. My most recent guest who stayed during the hot summer months, graciously informed me that an additional AC unit would make her stay more comfortable. Future guests have her to thank for this most recent update! In the larger of the two bedrooms you will find a small private balcony, a queen size bed, a closet, beautiful bamboo floors, A/C and a WFH space. The second bedroom has a full size bed, A/C unit, closet, a desk, and a skylight. The kitchen is fully equipped with your cooking essentials. It is an open living concept with windows facing the sunset. The pantry is stocked with teas, coffee, and spices for your use. There are couches, A/C unit and a futon for extra sleeping spaces, games and books to enjoy, and free WiFi. There is one full bathroom. The house has a shared washer/dryer unit in the basement which you will have access to. There is a private entry, 1 reserved parking spot and free on-street parking. You will have access to the entire unit (2 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen/living room). If you need a washer/dryer you can use the shared basement space. I will be available by phone for additional support. The house is located in a quieter Lowell neighborhood that is filled with many historic buildings. In walking distance (.5-2 miles) you can find parks, restaurants, stores, and historic downtown Lowell. Within a 10 minute drive you can find major highways, Lowell General Hospital, Umass Lowell, artist lofts, a local brewery, walking trails, a yoga studio, coffee shops, and most shopping needs. A 45 minute drive away you can find the ocean, mountains, Boston, Portsmouth, and other local destination favorites. There is public transportation available, which includes both the commuter train and local buses. There is one designated parking spot in the driveway and free on-street parking in front of the house. FYI, there is no TV or microwave. The chimney is currently in a state of repair so the fireplace is off limits to guests.
