Welcome to the Blue Bee Bungalow! Once an artist's studio, this one-bedroom beauty has hardwood floors, a quaint living space, and fully-loaded with a high-tech 42" tv, wifi and Roku. Tucked into the Willamette Valley and Oregon Wine Country, this adorable new bungalow has everything you need for a long wine tasting weekend or one-hour jaunt to the Coast or to Portland. Historic Dayton is a smart choice to stay and has a downtown square within walking distance. 520 square foot, compete remodel of an artist's studio with a full kitchen, complete bath, laundry a private entrance, and a private backdoor patio. This cute space is decorated by artwork created by the host, local artists, and some of their close friends. Parking right in front of the garage and follow the walkway to the left of the garage. Look for the key lock box. Continue to blue door with bee logo. Welcome! We are available to our guests for questions, ideas for playing in our beautiful area, great wineries and amazing artisan foodie stops. Bring your bikes or let us know and we can set you up with a rental. Only a short 50 minute drive to the Oregon Coast. Fresh seafood and a walk on the beach. See Light Houses and watch Whales migrate up and down the coast. Of course you can check out Portland's food scene and art galleries, plus the Zoo and amazing Rose Garden. Dayton offers a variety of restaurants, tasting rooms, and an ice cream shop including the famous Joel Palmer House and there are more than 400 tasting rooms within the surrounding 10 mile area. Uber and Lyft both provide service in the Dayton area. Our guests love walking around our cute little town. Dayton's downtown is walking distance and perfect for a picnic. Seufert Winery is right in the town square, perfect for tasting and sitting out on the patio. Blue Bee Bungalow is steps from the Famous" Joel Palmer House". This world renowned fine dining restaurant, famous for their wild mushroom entree's, is a wonderful destination for our foodie guest.
