Cottage with large private pool in quiet and sunny - near Carcassonne

Our cottage is an old farmhouse dependency restored. Quiet and sunny, with all the comforts for a family, a large fenced pool, a large garden, a summer kitchen and many private roads. You will be at the heart of the Cathar historic sites (including Fanjeaux and the City of Carcassonne at 25min and the Canal du Midi (10min). Shops are close (Carrefour Market 5min). Our house sleeps 6 people with two bedrooms and a sofa bed. The bathroom is designed for disabled guests with a shower on the floor. You will enjoy the large living room with open fireplace on the outside with large windows. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional for your family holidays. Depending on the weather, the pool is usually available from mid May and tarpaulin for wintering from mid October.
