BEACH PASSES INCLUDED! Your cozy, comfortable beach cottage awaits! Newly renovated, beautifully decorated. Immaculate! You get your own parking spot (a big deal around here). A quick 3 minute walk & you are on the beautiful white sand beaches of Long Beach. An easy 50 minute train ride to Manhattan. All the amenities you need are close by - shops, restaurants, grocery & the train to the city or explore other great spots of Long Island. Festivals, concerts, fun - it's all here! This newly renovated apartment is VERY nicely appointed to make your stay feel like home away from home. You have all the amenities you need, from a very comfortable QUEEN bed, to nice linens, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, and everything else you need to enjoy a nice meal in. You also have access to an outdoor space for a meal outside with a grill. There is cable tv and free wifi. Plus you have the beach supplies you need (chairs, umbrella, etc) and two beach passes. FOR YOUR SAFETY: While the spread of coronavirus in Long Beach has been low, we are still taking precautions to protect our guests. The apartment is sanitized with extreme measures. You have your own parking space (highly coveted around here, especially during the summer), and your own private entrance. The apartment is part of a single family home, and is completely separate, private and quiet. You will be very comfortable. Guests staying longer than one week will have access to a washer and dryer. It's 300 paces to the beach (we counted) where you can go for a walk, rent a bike to ride on the 2 mile boardwalk, or head down to the beach. Enjoy the bustling shops and restaurants, and the thriving West End where there is always a party! 15 minute walk to the train station, and easy access to Uber, Taxis, Bus, or the Long Beach Trolley (during the summer).
