Quaint gem in the heart of a vibrant hip community

Decor is a warm toned shabby chic/--but leaning away from overtly 'pretty'. Leather chaise-longe couch, laminate/hardwood flooring. Round dining table in muted distressed brown/grey, with mismatched suede dining seats. Kitchen is brand new, in brown with reddish tones. Full size bed, in private room with locks.. New Bathroom. Lots of people walk to parks, restaurants, and community events in this charming village vibe, that supports local retailers. Living, dining, kitchen, bathroom and allocated bedroom. If you rent the entire space, I will be available for troubleshooting via cell. If taking just one room, I will likely be using the other room, and will be available in person, and/or via cell. Close walk to Schiller Park--a dog lovers dream. Very big community vibe. A plethora of truly great restaurants from $--$$$. A couple of favorites are Lindeys/Barcelona/German Village coffee shop (unbelievable character and super cheap!). Visit the book loft, St Marys newly renovated Church, and the wine shop on 3rd. Walk, walk, walk. Uber. Electric Scooter. Ride your bikes.
