Guest room with tea kitchen in the green Allgäu

Our house is 5 minutes from the Niedersonthofener lake in a small hamlet in the green Allgäu, 15 minutes by car from Kempten & Immenstadt. We have a cozy, ecologically renovated non-smoking guest room with tea kitchen (small fridge, coffee machine, kettle and dishes for breakfast / a snack). It is important to us to have high-quality (if possible real wood) furniture and mattresses made of natural materials (latexed coconut and cotton) - for a relaxing holiday and a healthy sleep. Our hot water is mainly obtained from solar thermal energy, our heat from pellet heating. We provide: Bed linen, 1 hand + shower towel / person, soap, dish soap, sponge / dish brush, dish towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper, WiFi, free parking. In the immediate vicinity there are many beautiful half and day hikes and bike routes. On foot you can reach a nice coffee and Lake Niedersonthofener in about 15 minutes. In about 40 minutes you can walk to a small alp or to a restaurant, which often organizes barbecues. On site, the organic farmer provides honey, eggs and fresh cow's milk from cows that are in the pasture every day in summer. Waltenhofen with supermarket, bakery and some restaurants is 4km away. There is a bus stop in about 15 minutes walking distance to Waltenhofen and Kempten. In Waltenhofen there is a tourist tax of currently 1.00 € / person and night. We pay this in cash on site. You will receive a Walser Card for this, with which you can use museums, mountain railways and various leisure activities at a discount.
