Comfortable and quiet bedroom!

Clean & attractive room w/hall bath. Queen bed w/sheets & towels provided. Wifi, cable TV in family room. 12 miles north of Richmond, VA. Convenient to I-95, I-295, & I-64. 2 hrs. to Va Bch, 1 hr to C'ville, W'burg, 1.5 to DC. Contact Host The room is neat and clean and ready for you! Brand new memory foam mattress. Clean sheets will be on the bed and fresh towels too. Please be cat-friendly as my two cats are especially people friendly! The listing is for the room only. A self serve breakfast of cereal, fresh fruit, coffee/tea and juice will be available. All other meals are not included. You have full access to the upstairs hall bath which may be shared if the other room is occupied. I do not do much cooking but you are welcome to use the kitchen and all plates, pans, silver etc. but please clean up when you are done. I am happy to help you find a good place to eat, the closest grocery store, library, and shopping centers. I may also suggest area places of interest to see while visiting, but otherwise will MYOB until you want some company! This is a quiet, suburban, family oriented neighborhood. The school bus stops every morning at the corner. You will see children playing, people running and biking. You will need a car, as there is no public transportation nearby. I have two cats. If you are allergic or do not like cats, you probably won't like it here.
