Summer house near the beach

Cozy and fairly new summer house build in 2014. The house is located in Ulvshale which has one of the best beaches on Møn and easy access to Stege and great sights. The house feel very spacious with high ceiling and an open kitchen-living room area which makes it easy to cook in company. There are many opportunities to enjoy the good whether at any time of the day. The house consists of a kitchen-living room area, one bedroom, bath and toilet and a bed loft. Furthermore, there is an annex in the garden, outdoor shower and terrasse around the house. The house is located in an quiet area with view to a green field. There is a 8 min. walk to the sea. All facilities are available in the accommodation. We will be available for any questions you might have during your stay. Ulvshale is the summer house area above them all on Møn. You will not find a better beach and there is always a cozy atmosphere in the neighborhood with people greeting you when crossing paths. The house is located on the outskirts of a larger cottage area which means there is less noise from neighbors and a nice view over fields. The beach can be reached through path systems or through paved road with the possibility of parking. The house is located around 10 minutes by car from Stege and there is only limited options for public transport. If you have bicycles you can get to Stege within 30 min. The house also offers plenty of opportunities to relax in the comfy sofas either inside or on the terrace - or in the hammock hanging just outside the terrace door. The house is really easy to live in and has all the necessities you need and beyond.
