Cozy mountain cottage with terrace in Dolni Lomna

Modernly equipped wooden cottage for 4 (up to 6) people, with terrace and garden in the picturesque village of Dolní Lomna, and in the middle of beautiful nature of Beskydy mountains. The wooden cottage is located in Beskydy mountains close to Slovak and Polish borders, in the picturesque village of Dolni Lomna, near the Mionsi forest. The cottage offers accommodation for 4 people (max 6). It is modernly equipped and offers privacy with own entry, terasse and garden. The cottage has a garden with an area of about 350m, which in addition to herbs and fruits also offers a trampoline to children, and a fireplace. The cottage has also a spacious terrace with a table and 8 chairs and hammock. For guests have the entire cottage with a garden for their own. I am always available either by phone, by email or can meet you in person. Dolni Lomna offers an excellent starting point for summer hiking, biking, skiing and cross-country skiing. The ancient forest Mionsi is located about 1.5 km from the cottage, and can be accessed with a guide. Shopping: a local supermarket Ivanka is located about 200m from the cottage. The nearest restaurant is about 50m from the cottage - in the re-opened restaurant Pension Lomna. Another good choice is Pension Rzehaczek cca 500m from the cottage, other restaurants can be found in the center of Dolni Lomna, in Jablunkov or Horni Lomna. For hiking, trips to the mountains, such as Kamenite, Slavic, Kozubova, Ostry, V. Polom, Severka, Skalka, Mourinkuv vrch can be recommended. In the winter time, there are ski resorts in the proximity of the cottage: Ski Armada (approx. 500m from the cottage) and Severka (approx. 6 km from the cottage), in the proximity also Ski Mosty, Kempaland Bukovec, or skiing. resorts in Slovakia (Velka Raca, Oscadnica) and the Polish side (Istebna Zloty Gron, Zagron, Wisla). In case of bad weather, Dolni Lomna offers the URSUS nature center with 2 permanent exhibitions (including a nice interactive part) about the Beskydy Mountains and its nature, plus it offer one changing exhibition. URSUS has also a 3D cinema with a selection of 3D films about the nature in Beskydy or in Tatras. URSUS is approx 2km from the cottage. Alternatively, you can visit the museum of Dolni Lomna or wellness centers in the hotel Excelsior, Pod Kycmolem, or in Bukovec Hotel Kempaland. The cottage has a parking for 2 cars; the best way to get to Dolni Lomna is by car. However, it is also possible to reach it by public transport by train to Navsi or Bocanovice station, and then continue by bus in the direction of Horni Lomna, to the Jestrabsky Potok bus stop. From there it is approx 300m walk to the cottage.
