It has a main bedroom with a king size bed, a two bed room and a individual room with a suplementary bed and finally a kids bedroom with three beds. Office has all equipments such as photocopy machine, scan and printer. Wifi is available in all house. Has a common pool and parking place. Two terraces, one view to the sea another to the forest. I provide all kind of home textiles for it (towels, duvets etc.....) and cleaning before and after as we have a house helper that takes cares of the house when we are not there for cleaning etc.... Also all kitchen equipment is available. Pool, parking and security 24hrs in all urbanization. I would provide the keys to the guest before arrival. There is the option to have cleaning at 10€/hour to be hired to the same person takes care of the maintainance of the house. I would not be in the house during the stay but would have a house helper that would give and receive the key back during your stay and would review the house prior to leave.
