Recreational house in garden

Enjoy our recreational house optically linked with garden and magnificent view to White Carpathians. The architect is Milan Rak known for his House in Garden - Phaidon Atlas Contemporary Architecture (London, 2004), MINI HOUSE NOW (New York, 2006). We wanted to build a compact holiday house that would respect the space limitations of the garden in Paní háje with its long and narrow floor plan. Another effort was to connect to the magnificent view of the White Carpathians on the horizon and optically connect the garden with the interior of the house. With this assignment, we turned to the Brno architectural office Archteam under the leadership of architect Milan Rak, who received the title BUILDING OF THE YEAR 2002 and at the same time the GRAND PRIX OF ARCHITECTS 2001 for the WOODEN FAMILY HOUSE IN THE GARDEN, which was also published in the encyclopedia of contemporary world architecture The Phaidon World Atlas Contemporary Architecture (London, 2004) and MINI HOUSE NOW (New York, 2006). The architect, who visited the Paní háje to tune in to the soul of this place and several consultations with us, designed the holiday house project as an elongated wooden structure connecting the lower terrace with outdoor galleries with stairs to the upper terrace at the back. The structure is oriented in the direction from the Chřiby forest, which protects its back, with narrow windows in the side walls preserving privacy, to the sloping garden to the southern plains of Slovácko, where it is opened by a large atrium window to the lower terrace, thus fulfilling the aspect of ancient Feng - Shui learning about the relationship between the house and its surroundings. The place is located near the Moravany at Kyjov, nearby the Kameňák settlement. Living room, bedrooms: In the house there is 1 living room with 2 sofas in L as sitting by the stove (1 bed on each sofa (width: 200 cm Depth: 104 cm, height: 91 cm) - 2 beds - linen is available), 2 separate bedrooms (each bedroom has two single beds - bed linen is available and spacious storage space) are connected to the living room by a sliding door. Left bedroom is connected through the door with the bathroom in the rear of the holiday home. Sanitary: Separate bathroom in the rear of the holiday home in the space under the stairs to the upper terrace is connected with the left bedroom through the door and optically through the atrium window to garden. The bathroom is equipped with shower / massage box HAWAII, designer wash basin MILANO GRANDE from cast marble with cabinet and mirror made of solid ash with hot / cold potable water from our own wells drilled and design combi water closet (WC) JIKA MIO with ceramic cistern with dual flush system DUAL FLUSH, antibacterial seat with slow folding SLOW CLOSE and deep flushing. Outdoor shower on the lower terrace. Excellent drinking water from local forests Chriby transported / snitch from a pump located about 500 m. Equipment: The living room is fully equipped with designer kitchen IKEA FAKTUM with smooth surface for easy cleaning (electric stove with glass - ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, electric grill, fridge freezer, sink with hot / cold potable water from own wells drilled, dishes), sitting by the stove (wood is provided), LED Philips TV. The living room is connected through atrium windows and doors with bottom spacious terrace overlooking the garden and outdoor rattan BALI seating and a charcoal grill. The lower terrace has a shaded triangular 5 meters x 5m x 5m canvas or a rectangular 5m x 4m canvas, outdoor shower with solar heating and adjustable shower rose and is connected by outdoor walkways with one side of the house and outside staircase on the other side of the house that leads to the roof where is the upper terrace with two sun loungers ANNECY of tropical wood MERANTI overlooking the plains of Slovakia, Carpathians and the starry night sky. By the house there is a garden swing and sandpit. Heating: Heating by the electric radiators or fireplace. Transportation: Car parking just next to the recreation house.
