Immersed in the silence and tranquility of the Trapani countryside, stands this splendid villa which, overlooking a small lake, creates a unique and evocative atmosphere. The villa is located within a property of about 3 hectares mainly cultivated with olive and citrus fruit. At guests' disposal 3 rooms, all air conditioned and with exclusive bathroom: room "Legnaia" double bed, bathroom with shower, minibar room "Gelsomina" double bed, bathroom with shower, minibar “Torrino” room double bed, bathroom with tub and shower, minibar, dressing room. 2 large living rooms, one of which with TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry area complete the offer. Outside bbq, swimming pool, several terraces and porches allow you to relax and enjoy the silence and the surrounding landscape. Of the 4 rooms of the house one, with independent access and separate from the others, remains inhabited by the owner, who takes care of the reception of guests and the ordinary maintenance that the house requires (garden, swimming pool, care of pets, 2 cats and 6 friendly and very quiet dogs perfectly used to the presence of guests). However, the latter have a recited space dedicated to them. Starting from the second day, breakfast can be requested and agreed with the owner. In the same way, a cleaning and / or linen change service can be requested and agreed upon. Any other requests may be agreed with the owner. Inside room 2 "Gelsomina", 2 further single beds are available at a cost of € 35 each. How to move By car. There are no public transportation available in the immediate vicinity. The house is located 15 minutes from Trapani airport (20 km) and 45 from Palermo airport (80 km). Trapani, with its precious historical center and the embarkations for the Egadi islands, is 15 minutes away.
