The house is located on the residential property of the landlord in garden location, about 250 m from the beach. It has a small living area in the entrance area (sofa bed, flat screen TV, radio), a bedroom (double bed and couch), a kitchen (electric hob, fridge, microwave, dining area, div. Kitchen appliances), a bathroom with shower / WC and central heating.   The ceiling height varies in the individual rooms between 2.10 m and 2.20 m. Available are cot, a furnished terrace, sun loungers, barbecue, children's playground and parking space.   The total price includes bed linen, water, energy and final cleaning. Towels must be brought. To be paid on site: tourist tax. In this object, the travel of a small pet is allowed (3 EUR / night on site). Pets must be registered with the booking. If an entry note is not possible, a late registration must be made. Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
