Our lovely home is nestled on 2+ private serene acres in beautiful historic Cold Spring Harbor. This home is appointed with tasteful antiques and surrounded by beautiful lush gardens . It is a short walk to the CSH train station which gets you quickly into the heart of Manhattan . Minutes away from Huntington village and entertainment galore! Our lovely home is in the heart of the famous North Shore of Long Island. Plan your entire trip around historic Cold Spring Harbor. It is the most quaint inviting village you will ever have the pleasure of visiting. There are so many things to explore , such as; The Cold Spring Harbor Whaling Museum, the Cold Spring Harbor Fish Hatchery, Dolan DNA Learning Center, the Uplands Farm Sanctuary (home of The Nature Conservancy's Long Island chapter), and a museum exhibition gallery run by Preservation Long Island. Our home is also minutes away from Huntington village where endless entertainment awaits you! If the beach is your idea of fun, Long Island's beaches are legendary. From the powder-fine, white sands of Long Beach to the pounding surf of Montauk, this island east of New York City has a variety of beautiful beaches on both its north and south shores Conveniently, our home is just a short walk to the CSH train station, which gets you quickly into the heart of Manhattan -Broadway shows, NYC nightlife and shopping galore. Come stay in the lap of peace and tranquility and enjoy all that Harmony Hill has to offer! Please be advised we have a minimum age requirement of 30 yrs old to rent, and we require a copy of your drivers license as well as a signed copy of our rental contract. The garages, basement and greenhouse are NOT guest accessible You can expect complete privacy while enjoying our home but I am always just a phone call away. This property is in the heart of everything Long Island-shopping, water sports, theater, shows, restaurants, wineries and casinos--the list is endless. We are a short walk to the CSH station of the LI railroad. This train will get you into the heart of Manhattan in a matter of minutes. Uber and Lyft are readily available and there is plenty of private parking if you arrive with you car. Please be advised the air conditioning is in the bedrooms only and only during the summer months. The home stays very cool and there are room fans for your convenience.
