Best spot at the beach!!

The house offers a perfect spot at the front line of the beach with a panoramic view of all the beautiful sand and sea of Jambiani, but with the additional benefit of feeling the privacy of a home because of its unique position. The garden is at the front, with cosy places to have lunch, lie down and watch sunsets; and the house backwards, full of simple corners to enjoy. This private vacation house lies within a garden of 1500 sqm and a lot of blooming trees, sandways, pending swing, an open pavillon and a high open pavillon with a double bed where you can also sleep. It offers 2 sleeping rooms, a living room, a kitchen, a shower and bath room and a large patio which borders the Indian Ocean and offers comfort for 4 persons. The house is available for 4 persons. The price varies according to the number of people. There are 3 rooms (one of them outside) There is one bathroom at the house which has every section divided, which makes is better to share (the shower, toilet and lavatory have separate compartments) There are many common spaces which makes is perfect to vary from independence to gathering as the hosts would prefer. There are 2 common spaces close to the beach and a fresh gallery with hammock and big table. I own this house for more than 20 years. I love Jambiani. I consider it is the most paradisiac spot of Zanzibar. Still a small town to enjoy the beach and the people. In case you need there is a restaurant at the beach, 100 mts from the house with good wifi. The house has a private access to the beach. It is a four steps stairway that takes you to the sand in a spot that the is kept swept for the guests (you can also access through a common pathway without steps that is next to the house) The house includes security guard at night and 2 women who will help during the morning. HOW TO ENJOY JAMBIANI? There are some tips that are useful for you to enjoy: this beach has tides and it is part of its beauty. When the tide is low you can see the women working on their algae crops and long pieces of sand covered by lagoons of water. 200 mts away from the shore the sea forms a kind of "river" with a current that, if you go on the right time, it will take you in and out without even swimming.
