A College Heights home located 3 blocks from the Nittany Lion Inn and 1 block from walking paths on the Blue/White golf course. The beautifully finished interior is designed for entertaining through an open kitchen layout with island seating leading into the dining and family rooms, which look onto the back deck. A natural gas fireplace highlights the living room. Upstairs includes 3 large bedrooms with hardwood flooring and a full bathroom. The main floor has a large kitchen with Corian counter tops, island seating, a gas stove, breakfast nook, family room, dining room, large living room with a beautiful fireplace, and a half bath. There is a TV in both the living room and family room. A great space for sharing time with family and friends. The upstairs has three bedrooms and a full bath. The house is currently set up to accommodate at least 8 people. If you have more than 8 people please contact us before booking. The basement has a washer and dryer you can use, with detergent available. Outside you'll find a great patio and a deck, along with a large fenced yard. The driveway will accommodate 2 cars for off street parking. For large groups, please note the sleeping configurations: Bedroom 1: King bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom 1: Queen bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom 1: 2 Full beds (sleeps 2) Family Room: Pull-out Sofa (sleeps 2) If you need additional space - there is a small empty home office on the first floor.
