ZUm Hauptbahnhof sind es nur 4 Stationen und die Kröpi mit ihren Geschäften ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. The apartment is located in the heart of Rostock near the city harbor. The city centre is only 3 minutes walking distance away. And the beautiful beach of Warnemünde is only 20 minutes away. Zur Wohnung gehören neben dem 15 m2 großen Schlafzimmer auch ein 20 m2 Wohnzimmer (inklusive Sofa mit Schlaffunktion) und eine große Wohnküche mit einer Extraschlafcouch für zusätzliche Gäste. Besides the bedroom you have 2 additional sleeping possibilities in the living room and in the big kitchen. Die Gäste können neben der vollausgestatteten Küche auch die Arbeitskammer inklusive der Waschmaschine benutzen. The kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment has a washing machine.
