Für Euren/Ihren Aufenthalt bieten wir eine geräumige 1-Zimmer-Ferienwohnung mit Küche und Duschbad im Erdgeschoss + ein winziges 1-Zimmer-'Refugium' mit Flur/WC/ und Miniküche in einem über hundert Jahre alten Haus. Das Nichtraucherhaus ist individuell eingerichtet und liebevoll und detailreich saniert. You will stay in a spacious one-bedroom ground floor apartment with kitchen, shower bath, plus an additional refuge - an extra tiny one-bedroom ground floor flat with kitchenette and WC. Man betritt vom Hausflur aus den Wohn-und Schlafraum der 1-Zimmer-Ferienwohnung. Sie ist mit einem Doppelbett und einer Schlafcouch, Garderobe, SAT-TV, Mini-Stereo-Anlage, Couchtisch und einem kleinem Holzofen ausgestattet. Die alten breiten Dielen sind aufgearbeitet und geölt. Es stehen viele Lichtquellen zur Verfügung. Jalousien und Vorhängen erlauben die nahezu vollständige Verdunkelung der beiden straßenseitigen Kasten-Doppelfenster. Von dort gelangt man in die kleine Küche, die ein fast bodentiefes Fenster zum kleinen Innenhof hat. Der Zugang zum Duschbad mit Fenster zum Innenhof ist von der Küche aus (siehe Grundriss). Vom Hausflur gelangt man in das 1-Zimmer-'Refugium' mit Flur, kleinem Schlafraum (Fenster zur Straße), kleiner Miniküche (Fenster zum Hausflur) und WC (elektrisch gesteuerte Entlüftung). The historic town building with small cosy garden/patio is more than 100 years old and has recently been completely refurbished by the owner with love and care for the detail. It is fully equipped and decorated with style and comfort. Living space You enter the living room/bedroom from the hall. The apartment is fitted with a queen-size bed, a sofa bed, coat rack, SAT TV, mini stereo, coffee table and a small woodstove. The original wide floorboards have been refreshed and oiled. There is a variety of lights to round the pleasant ambience. The double window blinds and curtains may almost completely darken the room towards the streetspace. From the living room you enter the nicely equipped kitchen with a charming floor-to ceiling-window, offering beautiful views to the garden and patio. Attached to the kitchen is the daylight shower bath, also with a view to the patio (see floor plan). The small ´refuge´ is also entered by the hall. From the vestibule you access the bedroom (with a window towards the street) as well as the small kitchenette (with a window towards the hall) and the inside toilet (with electrically operated ventilation system). Über den Hausflur werden sowohl die 1-Zimmer-Ferienwohnung als auch das 1-Zimmer-'Refugium' sowie der umfriedete Innenhof erschlossen. Den Gästen steht ein kleiner, lauschiger Innenhof mit Sitzplatz zur Verfügung, in dem auch Fahrräder abgestellt werden können. Access for guests The hall, which accesses the one-bedroom vacation home and the one-bedroom ´refuge´, also leads to the charming patio/garden with seating area and barbecue, where my guests may enjoy relaxing moments in peaceful atmosphere. Nur gut 70 km von Berlin-Mitte und knapp 2 km vom Bahnhof Jüterbog, bietet die Unterkunft einen sehr guten Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den Hohen und Niederen Fläming und auf den Routen des Fläming-Skates. In der nahen Umgebung (sozusagen um die Ecke) befindet sich ein Freibad, die nächsten Badeseen sind allerdings zumeist ca. 25 km entfernt. The neighborhood Sabine´s lodging is situated in Jüterbog, Brandenburg, Germany - barely 2 km from Jüterbog train station. The location benefits from its proximity (ca. 70 km) to the Berlin metropolitan area. With Flaeming Heath and Lowlands, three nature parks and the 190 km of Flaeming-Skate, which is one of the longest inline-skating tracks in Europe, the area also offers a good starting point for exploring, skating, bathing in the lakes, cycling, relaxing, fishing, hiking or other activities. In 25 km you reach the nearest of several bathing lakes. The municipal swimming pool is just around the corner. Es gibt in Jüterbog einen Busbahnhof mit Verbindungen in die Dörfer der Umgebung und zum Bahnhof. Autos können ggf. vor dem Haus, im weitere Verlauf der Straße oder der nahen Umgebung geparkt werden. Means of transport Jüterbog has a bus terminal with connections to the surrounding villages and a train station. Cars can be parked in front of the house, down the street or close by. Es ist zu beachten, das ein Kater namens Findus vom Nachbarn über die Mauer seinen Weg in den Hof findet. Er ist sehr nett aber auch sehr neugierig und will über den Flur und die Haustür bzw. ein offenstehendes Fenster in der Ferienwohnung so gern auf die Straße. Das soll er nicht! Good to know: Note, that eventually the neighbouring tomcat Findus likes to come across the patio wall into the garden. Findus is friendly, but curious as he is, he eventually also likes to use the hall or an open apartment window for direct access to the street. However, he is not supposed to do so…
