Our holiday home Unandana is an owner-managed semi-detached house with the two halves Satu and Dua, each with 3 rooms for up to 6 people. The entire house is 152 square meters, has allergy-friendly underfloor heating in all rooms and offers barrier-free living on the ground floor (1m wide doors, no thresholds). You can enter the house barrier-free from the parking lot. The spacious semi-detached house Satu has on the ground floor next to an entrance area a bright, comfortable living room with a 48 inch flat screen TV and a sofa bed with a bed area of 140x200 cm. The open kitchen with dining area is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine and kettle, oven and ceramic hob. The house has a washing machine in the HWR. The living area with panoramic window offers access to the 25 sqm terrace and the subsequent 1,000 sqm garden with 10 sqm children's pool and 4 meter diameter trampoline. The modern bathroom is equipped with a floor-to-ceiling shower. In the two 16 sqm bedrooms on the upper floor there are queen-size beds in the size 180x200 cm and cupboards with enough space for your holiday wardrobe. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our non-smoking holiday home Unandana. A note for allergy sufferers all floors are tiled or equipped with high-quality laminate flooring. Bicycles brought along can be safely parked in an annex. You are also welcome to rent the entire holiday home. This means that there is space for up to 12 people (price on request).
