1 hour from Clermont-Ferrand and near the A75 on the gorges of the Allier, is the village of Langeac ... Not far from the village, it is on a small hill and on the edge of the woods that is this cute renovated vineyard house. You will live in this place, a break in the middle of nature in a real little warm cocoon and decorated with care. This atypical place must be earned! To get there, the path is not driveable in wet weather, so you may have to walk the last 150 meters. Once you arrive, you will be seduced by the breathtaking view of the valley, the countryside and the surrounding forests! Activities on site: Relaxation and observation of nature, walks or hikes from the cottage (near the path of St Jacques de Compostelle among others) Nearby: The village of Langeac (all shops), white water activities on the Combine, fishing, tourist train ... A little further: the village of Saugues populated by legends, Brioude and its basilica classified as a historical monument, the town of Puy en Velay and its many monuments classified as World Heritage by UNESCO. On approximately 3 hectares of land, this old vineyard house, the ground floor of which is converted into a living room with kitchenette area. Upstairs, a bedroom with two beds (one on the mezzanine, ceiling height 1m) and a shower cubicle with direct access to the outside. Dry toilets about twenty meters from the house. This accommodation is equipped with a solar panel system supplying a battery making it autonomous in terms of its electricity consumption, so special care must be taken not to forget lights or to not leave electrical appliances running for too long.
