Our Beautiful Annapolis Waterfront, Master Bedroom Suite, on the Little Magothy River is a wonderful vacation spot for the perfect Retreat! You'll love the location, the pool, the beautiful views in every direction, and all the local birds. Master Suite with cathedral ceiling, king size bed, private master bath, private entrance, sliding doors onto large deck overlooking the pool and 500 ft of waterfront!! Located on the Little Magothy River in Annapolis and 10 minutes to downtown. In warm weather this is the perfect location for swimming, and enjoying this beautiful location. Sunbathe by the pool, or bring in a picnic and enjoy your meal surrounded by potted flowers everywhere! Stunning Location! The style of my home is a bit of Old World, very elegant and eclectic with a bit of artsy funk and includes antiques and special pieces from my Italy travels and beautiful artwork and oil paintings. There's a waterview from every window! The Master Bedroom Suite faces the sunrise if you're an early riser the beautiful morning light may beckon you outside for great photos. It is so quiet and peaceful and serene here. This is a relaxing and welcoming setting for a wonderful nourishing retreat. We are located within walking distance of the famous Grauls grocery store and good neighborhood restaurants and shops. Linens and towels are provided, including pool towels. The suite has a small refrigerator, a Keurig 1 cup coffee maker, a toaster and utensils, cups and glasses. There's a lovely bistro table for in room dining. I provide coffee and half and half. There are plenty of local places for eating a full breakfast out or lunch and dinner. One of my guests thought you should know it's only $20 for a taxi to downtown Annapolis if you're liking to visit the local pubs. NOW AVAILABLE!!!:You can go FISHING out on the Bay, or Take an EVENING BOAT CRUISE with next door neighbor Jim, according to his availability of course. His pricing is reasonable and he's a good fisherman! The pool opens on Memorial Day. I am awaiting a small repair to the skimmer line so am presently skimming by hand. But the water is clean and starting to warm up. This suite is especially lovely for couples enjoying a relaxing retreat and visits to beautiful historic downtown Annapolis! You have access to: pool, tons of inspirational literature, the most comfortable bed in the world, chaise lounges and sunbrellas, pool towels, outdoor dining area, local restaurants, shops and grocery, local beach...!!! If you want to watch tv bring your devices and wifi is available. I am very accommodating to your interaction likes. I make sure you are comfortable and then I go about my business. I am interested in providing as much privacy as you like. The neighborhood is great for taking walks or bike riding. And of course the Little Magothy River is delightful for swimming or floating on tubes. The Cape St. Claire beach (not public or crowded, for residents and guests only) is just a quick ride away and from there you have a wonderful view and access to The Chesapeake Bay! Sandy Point State Park is just a couple miles down the street. I have had folks come with their jet skis or towing their boats and launch them locally and then tie up to my dock(s). The River here is great for jet skiing or pulling kids on tubes. No public transportation. you definitely need a car or Uber. Plenty of parking in the driveway. It's an easy 25 minute drive from BWI airport. If you're flying in fly to BWI not National or Dulles. On the days when I have to flip the room around checkout time is 12. Otherwise you are welcome to extend your checkout time to later.
