House with charm and fantastic view in Lerum

Our house lies only 50 m from lake Aspen and has a stunning view over it. The house has three floors where the first holds a pretty large kitchen with a dining area. Here is also the living room with sofa and TV. There are two bedrooms with a double bed in each and close to them a bathroom with toilet and shower. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed in each and there is a bathroom with toilet, shower and a bath tub. In the attic there is a double bed, a sofa and TV. The house is situated very close to Aspen, only the road Strandvägen lies between the house and the water. Right beneath the house there are bare cliffs where one can sun bathe and jump into the water. Just next to them there is a small wharf from which you can dive into the water. A few hundred meters away there is a small beach suitable for kids. Along the lake there is a track which leads to the Aspenäs Manor and beyond that the forest in which there are running trails and cliffs for climbing activities. If you have forgotten to buy some basic ingredients for you cooking please use what's in the kitchen but refill if you finish it. We will not be present. Lerum is close to nature and all lakes in the surroundings. Vattenpalatset in Lerum The house is about 1,5 km from Aspedalen station where the train to Göteborg departs. It takes approx. 20 minutes to walk to the station and 17 min with train to Göteborg central station. There is basics in the kitchen, if you are in the need for something then use it, replace if you finish it off. Garbage - we recycle and it’s important to do so otherwise the garbage no will become full. Everything organic you put in the bowl with a lid on the counter. Empty it in the left black compost in the garden. In the bottom drawer next to the fridge you put paper and cardboard. All plastic (soft and hard), metal and glass you recycle in the boxes under the sink. When paper, plastic etc is full empty them in the garage. There will be not much left to put in the bag for garbage. This is the green bin in the garden. Use whatever is ripe in the garden and please give the tomatoes some water.
