Beautiful suite, sun room and pool/spa. Near TIEC!

Located on Cleghorn Golf course and 7 miles from TIEC, this spacious and private suite with AC is the perfect place for a getaway. Pet friendly, providing your pet is kind, well behaved and room clean! Fridge and freezer with breakfast items. Kitchen with stove, 55’ TV. Adjoining sun room has a bunk bed and a twin. Your private patio with BBQ overlooking the salt water pool/spa and pond. Please note that we live on the main floor. “Entire space” is the sunroom suite. Private entrance. Newly fully remodeled. This suite is spacious, bright and very serene, yet convenient access to the Cleghorn Golf Course and restaurant (5 minutes walk) and Tryon International Equestrian Center, (10 minutes drive). Rutherfordton with a fantastic children's museum is only 10 minutes away. Stores about 15 minutes drive. Easy drive to Lake Lure, Chimney Rock, Asheville and Hendersonville. Zip line about 30 minutes drive. The down stairs sun room suite is all yours with a private bathroom with shower. Sun room is connected to the suite so a nice place to chill, read a book or just watch the beautiful surroundings! Direct access to the salt water pool (seasonal) and Hot Tub. (year around). Please note the hot tub is not heated 24/7, we need an hour of time to heat it up and please understand that we can’t run it indefinitely. Full kitchen offers an electric stove, ( no oven) microwave with grill, coffee maker, fridge/freezer and breakfast nook. The suite offers a bright and nice, lovely space. Due to the Corona virus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect and clean thoroughly between reservations. Your dog is welcome, but may not be on furniture or sleep in the beds or swim in the pool/spa. May not be left alone in the suite without notifying us. Please clean up after him or her if going to the bathroom close to the house or walkways. If you’re not vaccinated, please wear a mask when checking in. We appreciate if you wear a mask when arriving and if interacting with us indoor. We will always be available to help or fix a problem that might occur. We basically live on the golf course. All homes here are very nice, it's a quiet and very friendly neighborhood. There is no public transportation. The golf club house restaurant is a 5 minutes walk. Drive to TIEC takes about 10 minutes. There, you’ll find 5 restaurants and a General Store. Other stores, such as Walmart and Lowes are a 15 minutes drive. There is a super nice Children's museum in Rutherfordton, only 10 minutes drive. 30 minutes to Chimney Rock and Lake Lure, 45 minutes to Asheville. Since we live at a cul-de-sac, parking is limited. We can't host a big rig, or a truck with a trailer. Off site parking ( 5 minutes walk) can be arranged if given notice.
