La Forge, charming old smithy with swimming pool

Welcome to our stylishly renovated old blacksmith shop. The house is located in Sainpuits, a small village with a bakery, convenience store, gas station, café and newsagent. Sainpuits is centrally located between the wine regions of Chablis and Sancerre. The site of Guédelon, the attraction of the region, is 15 minutes away by car. The region is a walking and cycling paradise, you can also surf, sail, swim and ride a horse. Historic towns such as Auxerre and Vézelay are close by. Paris is a two hour drive. In the neighborhood there are plenty of restaurants where you can eat cheaply and tasty. The house is well equipped with a living room and open kitchen with natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, large gas stove with oven, microwave, freezer and two fridges. Basic products such as coffee, sugar, oil are available. There is also a washer dryer combination. In the living space there is a cozy sitting area and a wood stove with free firewood. You will find a lot of tourist information for day trips. On the first floor you will find three bedrooms. Two with a double bed, one with a bunk bed. There is a bathroom with a double sink, toilet and walk-in shower. The spacious garden has a covered terrace with garden furniture and a swimming pool with a diameter of five meters. There is sun all day long. You bring your own bed linen and towels or you can rent them. Enjoy the Burgundian life!
