A balcony of 20 m2 provides a romantic, private getaway perfect for pre-dinner drinks or morning coffee, while a back terrace is perfect for afternoon sunshine and viewing the sunset behind the threes. An outdoor private barbeque is available and the place is covered with eucalyptus trees, palm trees, oleanders and many other flowers. Parking under the trees is available as well as kids' play ground. Baby seat and baby cot are available, if needed. The area surrounding the apartment is tranquil, rural and picturesque, ideal for a walking holiday. The nearby sandy beach of Klimatsias is 300 meters away and you can go there by foot or by car (there is enough free parking for all cars).
