All rooms are on the ground floor, hosting two bedrooms: a double and twin, sleeping a total of four people. There is an en-suite shower room and a family shower room to support. It offers an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, as well as a utility. Outside has two enclosed patio areas with furniture and ample off-road parking. Stable Cottage is an excellent choice for a rural holiday based in Somerset. Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV with free Netflix and WiFi. Travel cot available. 2 medium sized pets allowed. Ample off-road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed front patio garden with furniture and rear enclosed patio area with furniture. Pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.4 miles, pub 0.2 miles. The cottages are all quite private from each other with their own little gardens, gates and front doors and we are in a lovely rural area with masses of open countryside for walking or driving around. In between lets the cottages all have a really good clean, the laundry goes to a professional laundry, and we are disinfecting as much as possible and all surfaces, handles etc. If you don't fancy eating out there are several very good takeaways in Winscombe, the nearest large village, who deliver, and most large supermarket will deliver groceries from Weston-sup-Mare. Region: Somerset offers 3 Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty - the Quantock, Mendip and Blackdown Hills. Lose yourself in the glory of nature, take a ride on a steam train, visit a traditional farmers’ market or explore your mystical side at Glastonbury. Town: Shipham is a delightfully modest village hosting an abundance of amenities including a butchers providing an array of items to assist your self-catered stay, a pub, a restaurant, and a coffee shop. Set in the Mendip Hills AONB, the village benefits from stunning scenery and ample opportunities to explore the lands around such as Cheddar Gorge and the Wookey Hole Caves. Within reach of Weston-super-Mare and Bristol too, there's plenty of adventure to explore in the surrounding area of Shipham.
