The room is very clean, bright, spacious and comfortable. Walk to subway station, room is located on the first floor. There are 6 steps to the front door. You will share the kitchen and bathroom with one more guest. Washer and dryer is also available for your use. A private patio exclusive for the unit is also available and it’s the smoking area. Kitchen, bathroom, outdoor patio and laundry room will be shared with one more guest If the other room is taken. I’ll be available in person during the late evenings or by phone at anytime. Jamaica plain is a very vibrant neighborhood. With diverse restaurants, bars, parks and bike lanes that connect the neighborhood with downtown Boston Street parking is available with no reaident stickers. Subway system is located within 5 to 10 min walking distance. Bike lanes, zip cars and bikes are available as well.
